Our internship program lasts for one week and is designed to allow the intern to receive maximum exposure to the event decorating industry in a short concentration of time. Please make note that the “week” will be Tuesday through Saturday. The Intern will be able to work assisting an event producer, a floral manager, an event planner and the President of the company. He/she will learn the work of a design and décor organization that occurs during “a typical week” and will include design conceptualization through execution. The program is designed to be a unique and focused “window” into the profession.

-Attend and actively participate in team meetings
-Create event materials such as gift bags, gift cards, and signage
-Shadow floral manager as she preps, cleans and arranges flower
-Interface and communicate effectively with the all key players for events

-Desire to have a true hands-on experience with events. Venue and/or workshop – will depend on established commitments at the time of the internship
-Ability to interact professionally with new people
-Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word
-Excellent organization and communication skills
